Scheduling Your Photoshoot with EyeCatchEverything

We’re excited to work with you! Follow these simple steps to book your photoshoot:

Step 1: Select Your Package

  • Browse through our available photoshoot packages, such as:

    • The Runway Reel (Fashion Brands & Designers)

    • The Portfolio Polisher (Models & Agencies)

    • The Editorial Edge (Magazines & Editorial Clients)

    • The Brand Booster (Entrepreneurs & Influencers)

  • Click on the package that fits your needs.

Step 2: Choose Your Date and Time

  • Select a date and time that works for you from the available slots.

  • Please ensure you book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for pre-shoot preparation.

Step 3: Complete the Intake Form

  • After selecting your slot, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short intake form.

  • Provide details such as:

    • Your vision for the shoot

    • Any specific themes or requirements

    • Contact information

Step 4: Pay Your Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Payment options will be provided at checkout. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your shoot.

Step 5: Confirmation & Preparation

  • Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the following:

    • Your scheduled date and time

    • Preparation tips for your photoshoot

    • Location details or virtual meeting instructions (for pre-shoot consultations)

Rescheduling or Cancellations

  • You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance through the Acuity portal.

  • Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but we’ll work with you to find a new date if needed.
