Scheduling Your Photoshoot with EyeCatchEverything
We’re excited to work with you! Follow these simple steps to book your photoshoot:
Step 1: Select Your Package

Browse through our available photoshoot packages, such as:

The Runway Reel (Fashion Brands & Designers)

The Portfolio Polisher (Models & Agencies)

The Editorial Edge (Magazines & Editorial Clients)

The Brand Booster (Entrepreneurs & Influencers)

Click on the package that fits your needs.
Step 2: Choose Your Date and Time

Select a date and time that works for you from the available slots.

Please ensure you book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for pre-shoot preparation.
Step 3: Complete the Intake Form

After selecting your slot, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short intake form.

Provide details such as:

Your vision for the shoot
-
Any specific themes or requirements
-
Contact information
-
Step 4: Pay Your Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Payment options will be provided at checkout. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your shoot.
Step 5: Confirmation & Preparation

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the following:

Your scheduled date and time
-
Preparation tips for your photoshoot

Location details or virtual meeting instructions (for pre-shoot consultations)

Rescheduling or Cancellations

You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance through the Acuity portal.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but we’ll work with you to find a new date if needed.
